About your Instructor
Hi, I’m Erin—certified yoga instructor, mama, and founder of Happy Place Mama (HPM). I struggled with pregnancy and during my postpartum period. So much so, that I sought out what I’ve now created.
I specialize in guiding pregnant and postpartum women back to themselves—through movement, stillness, and mindful connection. My work is rooted in the belief that when we reconnect with our minds and bodies, we rediscover our strength, our peace, and our power.
Whether you're navigating the tender early days of motherhood or preparing your body for birth, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. Through yoga, meditation, and wellness tools designed for each season of womanhood, I’m here to help you find your footing—and your happy place.
Come as you are, mama. You’re already enough.
FAQs

Luckily for you, there isn’t a “right” or “wrong” place to begin your mindfulness journey. Start where you are being led and that is the right spot. Feel free to experiment and make changes that fit your needs.
-
Always consult your doctor before taking on any new movement routine. However, our yoga flows have been designed to be gentle and slow. Take everything in this course at your own pace. Never rush your mindfulness journey. You’ll continue to make progress, as you go along.

First ask is it pain or discomfort? Pain = stop the movement and consult with your doctor asap. However, discomfort is another story. Discomfort can mean a modification is needed. Discomfort can also mean our body just isn’t used to that movement and we need to sit in it for awhile longer. Be mindful of what your body is communicating with you and meet it where you are today.

Great question! There is a Meditation Guide linked in the first meditation of this course. It’s very thorough and will give you step-by-step instructions on where to begin.
